If and when safe, play a minimum of two more games and give Liverpool the title (officially) - relegation/promotion stands.

Problem is the league is bigger than the Premier League with many promotion/relegation issues to be played out. There are probably around 50 clubs who can still mathematically be promoted or relegated. Then there's qualification for Europe next season. It's a mess.
Championship Stoke City 3 - 0 Plymouth Argyle

Points 48; Position 20

7/11 and feeling cheated about one answer, where they made 1 into 2 in my opinion.

Definitely a suggestion. There's nothing close to 'official' in the premier league yet. Be a couple of weeks yet I'd have thought.

Oh, definitely a tongue in cheek suggestion. Will be a huge undertaking to see the season completed, I could see final positions being "calculated" on play/results history so far this season. This I'm sure would cause outcry in it's own right.

As always numerous clubs, businesses will only be looking at the financial implications....

3 Brighton players have tested positive for the Coronavirus.
How they can think of restarting the league plus all at neutral venues is beyond me.
Declare Liverpool champions, European places allocated as per current standings and no relegations.
It's not perfect but probably the fairest.

That's my view as well. But the Govt. seem to be pushing the premier league on this

Tottenham and England midfielder Dele Alli was held at knifepoint during a burglary in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Two men broke into the 24-year-old's house in north London, where he is spending lockdown with his brother and their respective partners.

Alli was threatened and punched during the incident and suffered minor facial injuries in a scuffle.

The intruders stole items of jewellery including watches.

Alli has handed CCTV footage to the police.

I know it`s not the Premiership, but for older members and those who think football started with the Premiership in 1991 ITV are featuring the 1989 championship decider between Liverpool and Arsenal at 5pm UK time. It is/was the closest finish to a top flight season. Not to be missed

Looking at the schedules there is a game just about everyday or every few days between June 17 and July 26. IKTS players note.

Well I guess somebody has to break the impasse and congratulate Liverpool on becoming EPL Champions for the first time in 30 years.

I’ve watched a couple of the “new” game highlights on MOTD but I have to say, watching matches with no crowds/atmosphere and it’s a close call with watching paint dry, as to which is the most exciting - roll on next season and hopefully supporters watching!!
