I see TAT really is going to town trying to promote local provinces through the media.

We've been to a lot of them and I'm afraid most are overrated and now very expensive to travel around. Its actually cheaper to fly to a neighbouring country and spend a week there.

Taking place at Phrae Community College from Dec 6 until 8, the event is designed to showcase local wisdom and culture...………………………..

I think that they may mean: "between 6-00 and 8-00 pm", as that is about all the time it will take!

Early morning, 05.45-06.30 am, is the best time to witness the phenomenon when the sea fog is at its widest and thickest.

Hmm, must be a different Phichit that I know about! Bloody long way from the sea!
