I am very sad to have to let HH expats - and her many Thai friends - know that Joyce passed away on 10th February back in Hull.
Many of us have happy memories of nights in Paradise, JW's, Jailhouse etc playing darts, her karaoke skills, and those meat pies and pasties.
Rest in peace Joyce x

RIP Joyce Naulls
A sprout is for life - not just for Christmas.

Rest in peace, big-hearted Joyce. Mags is spot-on about the happy memories. In my case from darts (and dominos) nights at Osmo's Bamboo Grove, Dick's Office and Robin's Rest.

Re: RIP Joyce Naulls
That's sad news.
On the subject of darts, I remember years ago being drawn to play Joyce in a "friendly" inter-bar match. I'm not much of a player but chucking first, I went treble 20, treble 20 and then I can't remember the third dart - probably a 1.
The look on Joyce's face after my first two darts was unforgettable!!
RIP.
