....The second leg of Manchester City's last-16 second leg Champions League tie against Real Madrid, scheduled for Tuesday 17 March, has been postponed.

The decision, confirmed by Uefa, comes after the Real Madrid squad went into quarantine because of coronavirus.

The second leg of Juventus' last-16 tie against Lyon has also been postponed on the same date.

Juve's squad will spend two weeks in quarantine after defender Daniele Rugani tested positive for the virus.....

It seems very strange that when the rest of the world are in hiding, Thailand football has boldly announced it will resume on 18th April. https://thaileague.co.th/announcements- ... 4Om8_kZ1AY

Totally dumbfounded by this decision, I can only assume matches will be played behind closed doors, although reading many football supporters sites, Thai fans are convinced that footie is back, no holds barred.

IPL season start delayed because of outbreak

With this breaking news I assume other cricket leagues will follow?

https://www.bbc.com/sport/cricket/51869801

The start of the 2020 Indian Premier League season has been delayed from 29 March to 15 April as a result of the coronavirus outbreak.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) said the move was a "precautionary measure".

The BCCI said it was taking "all necessary steps to ensure that all people related to IPL including fans have a safe cricketing experience".

England players including Ben Stokes and Jos Buttler are due to take part.

Premier League meeting today. I'm pretty sure that they will suspend matches for at least 2 weeks.
