Topless men in Hua Hin

Seem to see a lot of them in HH.

Never Thai's, and usually they would benefit society by covering up.

Why?

Not sure where you live but I'd contradict that. I've seen the odd 'tourist' without his shirt (for which you can be arrested if driving) but I see many young Thai guys going 'topless'.

I see quite a few farang riding bikes and motorcycles topless and they don’t look good. There are also a number of Thai men walking about topless, but I can’t ever remember seeing one on a bike or motorcycle.

Only acceptable on the beach or around the pool..... anywhere else have a bit of decency
