I think we've been there and done that, more or less. It would be more accurate to speak of English colonisation (considering the UK's own history, but happy to be corrected on that).

Oh caller, you're a brave man entering that territory! :laugh: Probably more suited to the history thread, but there's an interesting question of colonisation vs conquest. And in the case of Scotland there was a brilliant move by Queen Liz I in appointing the king of Scotland as her successor, so perhaps they colonised us!

That I agree with 100%. Those who do that may as well not wear any mask at all. Just stupid and inconsiderate of others. :banghead:
