Surprisingly, yes  . I'm not the only one.

Actually, 2,000 is currently way off the mark. Even with covid, and fans locked out of stadiums, Plymouth's season ticket sales well exceeded 2,000, so they now have to draw names out of the hat.

Does anybody else feel the way I do-- Although a rarely give the crowd a thought when I am watching a game on TV, knowing that they are playing in an empty stadium makes it all feel kind of fake.

Very few lower league clubs achieve that payday. They are better off going with the big TV money, which is at least as good...

Just watching the build up on BBC1 of the Tottenham Marine game. Gotta be honest, I'd kinda like Marine to get through. Brillant seeing the families in their back gardens about to watch the game through the stadium fence. :D
I don't trust children. They're here to replace us.

Marine 0-5 Spurs

So glad I watched this. Marine had a good go, and even had a chance to go one up. In spite of the absence of Kane and Son, Mourinho showed them due respect by fielding a decent side (and bringing on Bale). It was an interesting opportunity to see one or two Spurs youngsters. But most of all, what a fantastic experience for the Marine players, who weren't thrashed out of sight, and for the Marine supporters in their gardens around the ground, who had a great time with plenty of booze and some interesting soundtracks! A very professional performance by Spurs.
This is the way

Also the personal touch, the house numbers on the netting, so they new which to go to, to get their ball back. The support they had was brilliant. Well done Marine

So, Superbru have now joined in and started the league - should have done it from Day 1, but there you go.

I've set up a league - probably should have left to PeteC as Email invites based on previous rugby leagues.....

Anywho, it is "Open" (i.e. can be found/searched in Superbru) although details for those interested are: -
