Just for your info, at this GW6 stage 47% of those managers who are currently in the top 10K have not played any chips, myself included

I don't doubt that folk who know how to play the game haven't used a chip yet.

Just gonna leave it as is now. I'll look at it again at Xmas maybe. Wanna go back to watching the games without getting pissed off with my ffl team.

Example: Last couple of players, wanted Bamford to do well, Koch to keep a clean sheet and Barnes not to perform as I ditched him. Ideally Vardy to strike a blank too as I notice some others have him.

2' Bamford misses a sitter
3' Stray backpass from Koch leads to a Vardy assist and Barnes goal.

🤣🤣🤣

Just fkin leaving it now. Not playing.

Out of 6+ million players, not too shabby. Top 0%. I'm bowing out while I'm ahead. 8)

Just can't help myself. Gotta... check... scores. Must ...tweek... team.

After completely fluking a few decent results, I'm now annoyingly invested and forever obsessing over who to captain (and eventually never changing him ). If I should pull Son or Kane considering their next 3 games? Who's gonna bag me a clean sheet this week?

Damn you lot. Damn you to hell! Why would you let outsiders join? I was doing just fine without pissing fantasy football to worry about.

Anywho after my score this week, and having the maturity of a teenager, I can die a happy man.

Happy Monday folks. Have a good week!

PREMIER LEAGUE JanuaryTV fixtures are now out and many teams will not play in GW 18 but instead GW19 will be a Double Game Week
Below is a link showing these changes

The first wild card must be played (if still available) on or before GW16 so chips now come into serious play - perhaps Free Hit GW18 and bench Boost GW19.
What with player rotations the fun now begins - after all FFPL is a marathon not a sprint!

What a yucky game week!

Dropped 1500 places to 2800. Having wanked away my chips early from being clueless (I now understand what Pet was saying) I fear I'm utterly screwed for the blank and double game weeks too.

Guessing I'll be dropping out of the top 10k by gameweek 20.

Ho hum you live and learn. Was fun while it lasted.

Hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season and has a better next year than 2020.

Glad I created somewhat of a subs bench over the last few gameweeks!

Hope Jones gets a game for pool today. What a nightmare!

There's a big chance the Tottenham Villa game will be called off with covid rampaging through the villa quarters.

So... that's, like, half my squad gone. A big chunk of the other half aren't even playing in the blank game week.

I've got high hopes for this next game week!

Erm, yes. Now would be a great time to have chips left.

Calvert Lewin injured (hamstring). Just keeps getting better and better. I'll be surprised if I'm not in the relegation zone come gameweek 20! Proper screwed this week. Got 5 players and I'm already on -4...

Tottenham Villa postponed. Fortunately spurs will play their postponed Fulham game in that slot otherwise I'd be left with 2 players.

I've bowed out of the fantasy football. Wanna go back to wanting spurs to do well and everyone else to do shit. Was a much simpler time. 8)
