12 x 65,000 is 780,000, not 800,000. On my last visit to immigration, I showed my monthly income sheet from the Swiss embassy and the lady calculated 12 x the monthly amount on her pocket calculator. Fortunately that was more than 800,000. What would she have done if it had been 780,000 baht. They don't know their own laws.

I read last week that Kasikorn in Market Village had closed temporarily again. Can anybody please confirm? If confirmed, do you know when it is likely to re-open again?

The answer was, they were closed, but are now open again.
