3. The meeting done without Thai to English translator support, so most farangs were left completely in the dark, just like a mushroom
They were voted out by their supporters
4. If any long term lessee that has been affected by all this manipulation, discrimination and removal of rights wants to take legal action, please do so and have a case filed with the courts within 30 days of this sham AGM to avoid getting impacted by supreme court ruling 3209/2559. Otherwise you will effectively shoot yourself in the foot
I think it's 30 days from the date of issue of the minutes. But stand to be corrected. But how a meeting is convened is covered by a different law and this meeting was not organised in accordance with the by-laws.
5 After this shambolic AGM was over the board of directors (that also includes two farangs, don't mention the war ) then celebrated with garden parties and loads of hooting and whaling. Now how sick and sad is all of that for a group that under the bylaws is supposed to be there to support all residents.

There is a very good and honest English speaking lawyer who knows all about this case, but not yet instructed, confident of taking this case forward and not as expensive as you think. Especially if a few get together to share the cost. I honestly and truthfully do not know. A lot of red herrings were given out as like others, I was wondering who it was. We need to be very careful on this thread not to fall afoul of Thailand's defamation laws that are designed to protect wrongdoers. No need to cry censorship, we do not make these laws.

From past experience involving a similar theme, it took over 10 years to sort out, with appeals after appeals and transfer to a higher court.
