It has been reported somewhere that he is out on bail, despite his visa being revoked.
The following comment has been made,(amongst many others!)

The police have a special visa issued while people are on bail awaiting court. Once they have been found guilty, they are then taken straight from the court and placed in to the immigration jail in Bangkok until they can buy their own flight home. They are then escorted on to the plane and their name is entered on to the blacklist file, never to return.

He needs to be careful just where he shows his face, as there are many others that have illegal guns that would be happy to use them on him!

Commander of Region 8 Police Pol Lt Gen Surapong Thanomjit said Monday afternoon that Phuket police have requested Immigration Police to revoke of the visa of David the Swissman who attacked a woman at the beachfront step of his villa.

Surapong said the real name of David is Mr Urh Beat Fehr, 45. He is deemed to be a threat to the safety and order of the people under Article 12 of the Immigration Act.

This guy seriously reminds me of the German mafia in Pattaya during the 80's and 90's. It took the MIB years to oust all of those people from businesses and property. Same MO for the bosses then as now, charity owner, involved in many businesses, fortress style houses, MIB and even higher connections.

Not surprised if they find this guy has a record back in Europe for some kind of questionable activities.
