Does this still exist in Hua Hin? Tried Googling it but nothing recent. Tried searching in this forum but it says these words are too common!

There was a huge launch day, but I've never seen the bus around town.

The nearest thing to a hop-on-hop-off bus that I've seen recently in HH would be the green songtaews. And the big (truck) one that goes up to Nong Phlab.

Are white songtaews still active?

How much is that fare?
