Post Covid rental bargains

Post by wenshidi »

Way back in 2008, the monthly rate at G-Hose near Big C was 15,000 baht per month.

When I checked just before Covid, it had dropped to 10k per month.

In spring of this year it was down to 5k, and it has now dropped to 4K.

This makes me wonder how many other places were blatantly taking the piss with the pre covid rates.....

With tourists and snowbirds trickling back, those prices will be hiked again soon no doubt.

/\ Is that because visitors from Dusseldorf are down? :tosser:
