Freezer Repair

I have a chest freezer full of food. It seems that the Fraser has stopped cooling.

Does anyone know of a local company or handy man who may be able to fix it?

My electrician, Buss, works on commercial refrigeration / freezer systems. Not sure if he does home systems but assume he does. He speaks good English and his prices are reasonable. His number is 082-004-8532.
