Can you be more specific? Are you talking about food or festivities? 24th or 25th?
On the 24th most Scandinavian restaurants do their Christmas feast. Hotels usually do theirs on 25th. As for nightlife, it's high season, take your pick! Nitespots (!) often have extended hours over Christmas & the New Year.
As for daytime; spend it at the beach or riding an elephant, or something you'd never do at home. Have a good time!
