hey, it was a cheap sony dsc u30 camera. And i still not understand how to make good pictures during nighttime. That would be great !

Duh!

I wrote a good reply for you, but somehow failed to post it. :(

In short:
To get good night shots you have to get a camera stand.
Since when it's dark the camera has to get light way longer time thru it's objective and if you move the camera during this time you'll get a bad picture.

If you can't get good pictures with a camera stand, there's nothing much you can do... beside getting a better camera.
