fiberglass/epoxy?

Does anyone know a place near HH that sells fiberglass or epoxy resin, along with fiberglass cloth? The Home Pro and hardware stores don't think they can even order it, though it must exist somewhere. Thanks!

The plan is to build a one-man, ocean-going outrigger canoe, about 5 meters long, about 40 centimeters wide, using teak plywood overlaid with epoxy. I paddle competively in 6-man outriggers in California, but need something to paddle to stay in shape during my long sojourns here. I think 4 litres of resin would do it, preferably with a slow dry time. Thanks for the reply and I will call you, OK?
