If you have a chat to the owner of a resturant in Takia called 119 I'm sure he may be able to help as it seems his whole family is in the hotel/catering department. Don't get into any property deals with him though as I've heard a few scary stories.
Yoy could also try "Na Hua-Hin" in Takiap. The owner's father is the chef there and he is damn good but cannot speak English.
