You need to register to post and listings are free for individuals (this includes real estate) and small businesses. A small fee is charged for major commercial ads and property agents.
Its a brand new system so there isn't a lot on it at the moment, but in time it will grow. I suggest that the latest classifieds posted here go over there and add them also for greater exposure.
