Cleaning Clothing with Compressed Air--- -A Real Hazard

Hi There,
Perhaps this subject should be in the sports section I'm not sure.

Anyways, the point being when I was at the Golf Club the other day I
noticed a Lady and Gent cleaning their shoes and socks with compressed
air Nozzels, this was at the Royal Hua Hin Golf Course.

Now, not wanting to be a smart ass however, I think everyone should be
aware that this practice is dangerous, due to the possibility of air entering
the blood stream through a tissue break and causing an Embolism which
may kill you----just thought you should know !! yep have a nice day too!!

"Compressed Air" is being used at many golf clubs around Thailand to clean shoes.

I must admit that I am aware of the risks of compressed air but somehow never related them to cleaning my shoes

In mitigation, I have not noticed that the air pressure from these units is all that high, however I will be treating them with a little more respect in future.
