Post by JimmyGreaves »

Want to travel on a weekday leaving HH early morning. Anyone know how long this is likely to take in a car?

Don't listen to rzr JG! It should take no more than 3 hours and probably less, more like 2 hrs 30 mins. I have done it several times, and that was before the road improvements between HH and Petchburi, so it may even be quicker still now.

Agree with Wl 2.5-3 hours max from HH to Kan.

That's a great relief as 5 hours would have killed me. We want to go and come back in one day.

Hi
Can confirm from HH to actual Bridge Over River Kwai 2hours 45 mins.
Did it last week... Roads are good mainly.
I think that should be possible given your maximum speed of 100km
Cheers Ralph
