Wanderlust,
West Ham are OK,not had too bad a season, although one or two heavy beatings recently.........but certainly much better than last season

Big Boy,good win for your boys at Bristol last week.
lindosfan1,Palace going quite well...just outside the play offs at the moment.

And how many people would have bet on Hull City being 5th at this stage of the season ?

Whoever does go up must be better than Derby....10 points GFA 14-64.

lindosfan1,

:guns: If you want to win the lottery, you've got to buy a ticket. I'm afraid that while Palace stay outside of the top 6, you're not invited to the party. :D

:neener: Meanwhile, the Green Army march on. :neener:

Yes Plymouth are doing well and have a good chance of making the play offs, unlike my Palace who seem to have run out of steam.

Big boy needs to be worried yesterdays resuLt did neither team a fovour but looki at our manager, he has a history of gaining promotions from the championship. Then we get rid of him because they do not stay up. Not worried but big boy should be only one point behind WE WILL DO IT

I love watching good FOOTBALL.

Trouble is, I'm an old fashioned purist. I don't mind admitting it.

A life long Spurs supporter since my father used to take me there regularly as a boy. Being brought up in W. London, I also used to visit Chelsea, Q.P.R., Brentford, Watford and a few amateur teams too.

Whilst Spurs are much the same as other Premier clubs in having many foreign players I still support them from my 'roots' so to speak.

Regarding the big 4 - well I dont mind admitting I have a soft spot for Liverpool - but wrt Man U, Arsenal and Chelsea - none of them deserve to loose when you consider their financial clout and size of squads. So they get no sympathy from me when they are on the receiving end so to speak.

The spectacle of The Premiership is just that - a spectacle in my view. Gone are the days when a club was made up of a team of locals, who could play a tough game and retreat to the pub afterwards. There's far too much money involved and some of the top teams tactics in the F.A. Cup in fielding less than their top teams brings the motivation into the equations in my view.

The spirit of FOOTBALL seems lost to me.

Yes I will watch the spectacle tonight - but not with any particular interest, except maybe hoping Liverpool can do something at Old Trafford - which is maybe unlikely.

We've had your manager, had the promotion and sacked him. The guy is great until he throws his toys out of his pram. Just hope he doesn't lose his dummy before the season ends.

His history is one promotion from the Championship, and a lot more failures - the odds are definitely against you.

If the EPL was based on a points system where you lose a point for each million you spend in the transfer market, Wigan & Reading would be top of the league.

Awesome stuff this afternoon!

Liverpool were exposed as being as shallow as most of us thought they were when it comes to the premiership. Just heard the Sky resident clown AKA Andy Gray, claiming there keeper is one of the best in the league - what a twat, as is there goalie, who cost them today, as did there sending off - surprised he lasted so long with the verbals he was giving to the referee!

As for the boy's in BLUE. Well, puff my chest out in pride. Massive game and massive result against the Arse. Let's hope they stick to football and less of the bad discipline (see scousers above). What a difference. Chelseas management has done little to curb the ill discipline, so can only put it down to the well publicised comments of the new head honcho of England?

Great stuff and it seems its down to the BLUE boys v the Mancs at the Bridge on the day I'm flying home - grrrr!

Man Utd stuffed the Scousers yet again it,s about time they gave us a game they were woeful yesterday.
Fergie won the mind games before the match and his players did the rest.
Bet Benitez did,nt expect to do a bouncers job on one of his players and force him to come of the pitch, pure pantomime that.Even Alonso and Gerrard could not get him to " CARM DOWN,CARM DOWN"
The holy grail for Scousers is the Premier League and it is obvious that Benitez cannot deliver it,only one outcome there, bye bye Benitez.Maybe he can go and manage the new Liverpool team that the fans have set up Liverpool AFC in the North West Counties league division 2,but then again maybe he will not have any money to waste on misfits.
Glory! Glory! Man Utd.

Liverpool were very disappointing yesterday.I know they had a man sent off but were already 1-0 down and being outplayed.
Apart from Gerrard and Torres, they have nothing. They would be mid-table without those two !
As for the keeper,Reina, how he could berate his defenders after his gaffes is beyond me!

Looks like its between United & Chelsea for the title again.I feel sorry for Arsenal, after being top for so long, but they just havent got the squad in depth and are struggling now.

caller,I wouldnt worry too much about missing the Chelsea v United match at the end of April........Sir Alex's men will have the title sown up by then, just like the match last season.
