The midweek 4-4 game between Spura & Chelsea, then the 2-1 Chelsea V Arsenal - scintillating stuff! I think Tottenham could be a force next season if they keep the Berbatov / Kean partnership and Chelsea will beat Man utd making it a cracking neck and neck race for the finish. I love the EPL and just wish Celtic and Rangers were in there too! With all top 4 still in the CL it makes for an excellent finale to the season.

Bolton 2 Arsenal 3 (Arsenal recover from two goals down to keep their title hopes alive.Boltons position looking precarious as both Birmingham and Sunderland won).

Tonight at 10pm its Liverpool v Everton,the most important Merseyside derby for years with the 4th Champions League spot up for grabs.

Also Chelsea v Middlesbrough.....hard to get enthusiastic about this one !

And Derby County relegated......has there been a worse team in the Premiership ?

Plymouth suffered a setback yesterday at the hands of Charlton, sorry Big Boy, but are not out of the race for the playoffs.

Palace has a big game tomorrow night, away to Stoke. Stoke have to be the favourites to win that game, but a win for Palace would a great boost -everything crossed I think. Oh how I wish it was going to be on tv.

I also hope palace win that will put us in the playoffs but some teams have more games in hand. I think for palace or plymouth to gain a place in the play offs we need to win all our games

Very,very close in the Championship.......exciting stuff !
Bad day at the office for Bristol City,Ipswich & Plymouth.
Hull City are the form team at the moment but their manager has been awarded Manager of the Month for March,so watch them slide now !
I think Palace have little margin for error now.....away at Stoke will be difficult.

And in the Premiership,Liverpool ended Arsenals title hopes but Chelsea still in with a shout.

Don't be sorry, although nobody would love to see them in the top tier more than me - they are not ready. I know the financial rewards are great, but Plymouth are one of those rare teams running at a profit anyway.

I would just hate to have to suffer a season like Derby are suffering now.

A win is a win regardless of the division, and it makes the fans happy. OK, they may get more supporters in the top tier, but they'd soon disappear when the results went the wrong way. I saw something in the back of a car yesterday that certainly does not apply to many Plymouth supporters - A Saints fan is for life, not just the Premiership. How I wish the Plymouth supporters (no offence to the thousands in the Green Army who do watch them week in, week out) were like that.

I have to agree, having been a Palace supporter for years, and actually at one time a shareholder, it was great to share the euphoria of promotion only to share the disappointment of a humiliating relegation the following year.

I have been a Palace supporter for many years, and will continue to be so. Like Plymouth, we are not ready for promotion, and I would hate them to suffer the same way as Derby has this year.

I will never forget the day I went to see Palace play at Arsenal with a work colleague and her son. Whilst Arsenal were thrashing Palace her son said “Mum wouldn’t it be good if we could play them every week” - out of the mouths of babes.

Anyway, enjoy the rest of the season.

I agree with the previous comments about ready for promotion. Unfortunately teams like Palace and Plymouth have not got the money to survive.
In fact I think the championship is better because so many teams are involved in promotion or relegation fights. Where as in the premier outside the top 4 everybody is playing for the scraps.

Missing Vidic and also Ferdinand went off injured.
Hope Ferdinands injury is not too serious.....dont want a repeat of last season with those two sidelined.
Uniteds defence is very vulnerable without those two.
But,too be fair,Boro' played well.

Boro played well and got a deserved draw. I almost thought that Man U would loose the game.

Vidic and Ferdinand could be a great loss for the remainder of the season. Without them we can kiss the League title good bye.

An against all the odds win for The Eagles away at Stoke on Monday keeps them in the running for a place in the play-offs.

But with the two teams below having games in hand, and many others lurking, it's still anybodys race.

Certainly very exciting.

Well,United won but they were quite fortunate.Arsenal dominated for long periods.
But,quite often,that bit of luck is what can win you titles.
Feel sorry for Arsenal.They have played some great stuff this season but are going to end up with nothing.

And the Championship......whose going to get automatic promotion or reach the play offs still not getting any clearer.
Exciting stuff.....it could be the last day of the season at least half a dozen clubs will need a result !
