khundon, the main point of the foam is to provide a really solid tile base. In the Uk, you will get a 10 year guarantee for replacement of any roof tiles or slates that become dislodged. It cant keep the roof space cool, as where does the heat in the roof space go to.... ? the heat just builds up an...

I have actually been stuck in the airport after having arrived from BKK when the queen (i think, as i wasnt allowed out or anywhere near a window) was leaving HH on a 737 a few years ago. The planes arent a problem, the lack of traffic was. I think there was a BKK to Samui (or Phuket ?) flight many ...

Alcohol Sale or Return
Hi,
I've got to organize the alcohol for about 50-60 people (beer, wine, spirits). My preferred solution would be to get far too much, and then return any unopened bottles, cases etc.
Does anyone offer this is HH ? and if they do, any experiences ?
Thanks

thanks for the replies. The kind of battery tester i am looking for would tell me how much charge was left in a battery. After a few readings, i would then have a rough idea when it would have expired. Very useful for security equipment that may not be looked at for many weeks ! I am aware that some...

Battery testers
after having a number of batteries appear to decease before i would expect them to, i am looking to buy a battery tester. I want to see if the applicances are using more than i would expect, or if they only work when a battery is more than x% charged etc. I have seen them overseas, but not in HH. Wh...

True. Its that time of the year again.
Heard my first of the season in Sizzler (market Village) today at lunchtime. Had to do a double listen as there were no words, but after 30 minutes i was convinced.... No santa yet though.
Are these the first in HH ?

How do i get set up with this ? I already have a HDPSA (sp ?) card rated up to 7.2Mb, so is it just as easy as getting an AIS prepaid SIM and then going along to TOTNET and getting setup ? Or can i get setup elsewhere (as TOTNET in market village didnt seem that clued up when i talked to them about ...

Thailand uses Meter gauge (literally 1 meter wide), compared to standard gauge of 4 ft 8 and a bit used in Europe. Must be harder to get them to go faster (safely) when it is so narrow. But, given that a fair bit of the route is single track, and to stop the neew track getting chewed up by freight, ...
