I wonder if anyone knows about building height restrictions in residential areas in Hua Hin and Khao Tao ? Would really appreciate any input if so, or also on how to find out.

I am planning to acquire a retreat property in Hua Hin and on a recent inspection noticed a lot of haze in the air, so much so that i could hardly see the mountains in the distance. If anyone knows what is causing this would they be kind enough to post the info please ? If its just weather haze then...
