Re: New Hua Hin Immigration office at Bluport

My 90 Day was due today, so off to Bluport it was. Arrived at 10:05 and the place was in darkness, and a few Farangs were standing around. 1st worker arrived at 10:12, opened the door, and quite a few ignoramuses who had arrived after me barged to the front (Mrs BB style  but she wasn't there ...

Re: Extension of Visa Exemption Extension

I hadn't realised, but my 90 day report was today, so I confirmed everything at Immigration this morning.

It's exactly the same as a 30 day extension, and it can be done at Bluport.

Re: Thailand Football

I was just wondering if Thailand had ever made the World Cup Basically, they aren't good enough. Thailand are building a good youth infrastructure, but I think they are years from getting even close. They have to get through 2 qualifying rounds. In the first qualifying round they tend to be thrown ...

The Chicken Bone Man

My son and I had what has to go down as our weirdest experience in Thailand so far last night. Our eldest dog is unable to manage long beach walks any more, so we take then to a bit of waste ground not too far from our house. It's a place occupied by many Soi dogs as that's a place where people feed...

My son, who normally watches movies with his eyes closed actually enjoyed it. Maybe I'm too old

Re: Hua Hin City 2018

Last home game of the season, and admission is free. The poster features an old Hua Hin City hero, Owusu Heyford, the man who incited the Prachuap Chairman to lose his head in 2014. Probably the dirtiest player I've seen Thai league football, Back with Nonthaburi for a couple of seasons now, after s...

Extension of Visa Exemption Extension

I have 2 friends who are here on a 30 day visa exemption. They have already extended, but will need a couple of days longer. I have heard that it should be possible to obtain a further 7 day extension - is this correct please? If correct, how do they arrange their extension, and what do they need to...

Re: Hua Hin City 2018

I think, since their success in 2014, followed by the optimism of 2015, when support was on the up, many supporters, myself included have been driven away through mismanagement.

There are many reasons, but one core reason, which I won't discuss whilst the club are under investigation.
