I think it is amazing, a"new" automotive idea emerges and then you find that Dr Porsche thought of it first. Dr P produced the first electric car in 1888--thats 130yrs ago.

Looking back, I remember in the late 60s-early 70 that in North America it was the first time that the 2-car family occurred. VW had recently entered the market and the Bug sold millions as it was the ideal 2nd car. I thought that your observation Steve G, that the ones you are seeing are for short ...

My experience is that it is one of those things that differ from officer to officer and day to day. From a previous experience in China, after it was done I stapled the 2 PPtogether and carried old and new for over a year.

There are so many f these battery stories--eventually one of them will be true. What are most people waiting to hear? Initially I suggest 1 A car that will go about 500k (300+ miles) on one charge 2 Can be fully charged in 30 min. so you can drive for 5 hours, stop and refuel yourself and car and dr...

Oh yes, the big three are not useless, there are some great successes. Childhood leukemia being one of them but many other cancers are not responsive. It is really sad that Breast, Lung and Colon Cancers are still big killers--The immunio therapy could help attack many if not all resistant cancers.

Its funny what we rely on to improve taste. My mother added a splash of Bovril and a few splashes of Les & Perrins to every meat dish she cooked.

Surgery, Radiotherapy, Chemotherapy ---- The answer is probably not in these three but in Immunotherapy, getting the body to recognize and reject cancer cells as it does with other invaders. Then the trio of treatments that we use now will go the way of bleeding and blistering.
