Hi We are in the same position as yourselves but we are not buying property as we wish to travel extensively. We have recently gone through this process for myself and hubby. We had a variety of private pensions to be cleared for QROPS by HMRC. It is a tedious process but stick with it as it is well worth it in the long run for yourself and your family as it never dies with you or your spouse. Good luck

Very many thanks to you all. I contacted the Thai embassy and was advised to leave it blank. We thought it was for character but it seems its financial. Hope this is helpful for others in the future.

Non Imm OA visa: Gaurantor
We are arriving in HuaHin mid August and working on our Non Imm OA visa's. The form states we require a name and address of Guarantor in Thailand. Any advice on how we complete this section as we have no one in Thailand we can use. How did others complete this part of the form? Thanks Su
