Perhaps the work around for those that wish to smoke will be as simple as obtaining a license for the same.
Pay a Dr. his fee for issuing a license and the government will get their cut that way.

Keto Hua Hin has closed the shop.
This place is pretty good for the hard to find ingredients.

Re: Thailand plans to decriminalize cannabis
Or, as you probably know, you can buy a box of brownie mix, add as much weed as you like, a 1/2oz. per box is the usual amount, and follow the instructions for baking. 1, 2" square will take care of you for several hours. It takes about 30 mins. to take effect. On the meantime, where can I buy...

Re: Keto diet and low carb eating
Going to do another month before venturing back into the world of carbs! Avoiding the sugar has been harder since it is in absolutely EVERYTHING here. Once the body acclimates, it gets easier getting back into Keto again after getting knocked out of it. Fullly agree white that. The first 2 months a...

Re: Keto diet and low carb eating
One sandwich can knock you out of Ketosis and it will take 3 - 4 days to get back into it. Read it on google but since proved it to be true. Clearly agreed on the increase carb intake knocking you out of ketosis. There are numerous studies on the subject of metabolic flexibility and the body’s abil...

Re: Keto diet and low carb eating
Six weeks into Keto now and I've hit my target weight of 75kgs. Eating out over the weekend away was a big challenge, every single Thai dish has sugar in it and you have to tell them specifically not to add it, to which you get very strange looks. To avoid the rice, we'd order the dish plus...

Re: Keto Diet
N.B. I order from Lazada 3 kg at a time. So far, it's always been delivered the next day. Yep, ordered 5kg of it yesterday, but deliveries take a week down here in the boonies. Also got some MCT oil on the way, peanut and almond butter, and almond flower to make some Keto bread. Psyllium husk is a ...

Re: Keto Diet
A couple of days into this now ... and its a struggle. Cutting the carbs (rice, bread, pasta, noodles, beer, sweet drinks, fruit, cakes, etc) and upping the exercise regime is relatively easy but ... absolutely everything in Thailand has sugar in it (no wonder they're way up there for type-2 diabet...

With about 1 month to go I can't foresee any International School in the country opening as scheduled, unless something miraculous happens. Will update when official announcements are issued. Preparing myself mentally for October at the earliest, but most likely after Songkran next year. The virus ...

Re: Coronavirus (Covid-19) News
Have any cross-provincial travel restrictions been announced as yet? I was told that that a travel certificate was required if I wanted to travel to Bangkok, I can seem to find anything to back that claim up yet.
