I had funny situation few years ago in Pattaya, when I asked from my "local quide" which songthaew should I take from South Pattaya to Jomthien, she answered "you better use your own", and I understood, my pronouncing ment "two foot" (song = two, thaew = foot) ???

I agree too, Huahin will not come to be like pattaya.
I think reason for that is King's Palace at Huahin.
