Re: Members online booking system at Springfield.
They have amended the rules slightly, for instance you no longer need to pay in advance and cancellation is now 24 hours. Need to look at the website for full details. Madam Green
Hi Guys
Can this be shared on the forum rather than by PM please?
Reason I am interested is this place was also mentioned to me a couple of weeks ago by some Malaysian visitors - it is supposed to be quite famous. I was told it is "Auntie Green" in Thai.

Condo Insurance
Following on from the topic about house insurance, can i ask what people do about condo insurance? What needs to be covered and how much should be covered by the condo management (in terms of structure etc). Are there any good companies who specialize in this?

Its sign-posted, but basically you stay on the Ring Road until you reach the Bangkok-Pattaya Motorway and then joing the Motorway in the Chonburi direction. This si assuming you are comind from the Rama II direction. I'm tr...

Credit Card Transactions
Just want to give people a warning about one of the consequences of the dual exchange rate and using an overseas credit card in Home Pro. I did several transactions yesterday on my Hong Kong credit card and also did some cash exchange. For the cash exchange I got 4.45 to the HK$ which is OK but not ...

Gong Xi Fa Cai is Mandarin. Kong Hei Fat Choi is Cantonese. The other phrases may well be Mandarin, or Cantonese. I'm sure we all know how ot wish each other in our language in many different ways. Alternatively, they could be one of 2 or 300 other Chinese Dialects. Just for your info, a Cantonese ...
