The ekamai bus has no reserved seating so if it's busy you can sit uncomfortable for 4 hours with a bag on you lap It's about 5 stops on tube from centre of soi cowboy etc The airport bus has more space and more expensive But then about 40 minutes and some changes with a walk to get to central party...
