restrictions? How about sewage system and water pipe (DIN?)? What kind of system and standard are applied in Thailand? Is lime being used for walls?

I will be facing similar problem. Some leftover 6 years ago should be sorted and picked up from Melbourne. Any suggestions? Not yet. Been to many other part of Thailand but not Hua Hin. Didn't know it until a friend of mine mentioned
it as retirement destination.

Wonder if it's very different to other part of Thailand: PP Island, Krabi, Pattaya, Bangkok and Phuket are the places we've been to.

I was doing research online to find out the difference between Hua Hin and Ching Mai.
