I definitely recommend the Hua Hin public hospital between soi 10 an 12.
Unless you love feeling like being taken for an ATM (I try being polite)

The Lucky Restaurant is now located on Prapokklao road (the busy road along the railroad) near soi 84 (soi San Paulo - behind hospital), where stand a beautiful Lynn photography.
