I have seen international universities but no real international schools. Surely expats need a decent place to... what and where is the closest to that now? I live in Bangkok still but very much like to move down here in the future.

While I agree that condo/sea view is a safe bet, I have wondered why the expensive villas took off in phuket but not here, even though the hotel prices here are even more expensive. Is it lacking good supply of great houses or demand of rich people? Any guru?

I just came back from Phuket and must admit that the island hopping there is hard to beat. On top of that the international school and hospitals are good. When will HH has international school and top hospitals?
