Can anyone with recent presonal experience recommend a good/qualified/professional dentist in Hua Hin as I need 2 crowns and a filling. A close estimation of cost would be useful too. Many thanks.

Thanks folks for the replies I will have a look at HH hospital (close to home) and see where that takes me, otherwise I will try San Paulo.

Is there a clinic in Hua Hin that deals with treatment of sexually transmitted diseases? Alternatively does anyone have useful experience of what the hospitals in town can provide in this regard and an indication of cost?

Does anyone have recent experience of the medical check-up that can be had at HH hospital (near soi 10)? I have been told that it involves blood and pee tests. Just wondering how much and was it useful? Elsewhere on this board someone posted something about an a la carte type pick list for the tests...

Very useful info. I have the same problem, ie blocked ear from swimming in the condo pool. I will try either the surgery mentioned in Soi 55/1 or the one opp the HH hospital and report back with prices and service, etc. Hope all goes well as it is very annoying having a droning noise in my left year...
