Due to ill health I am selling my condo.I have heard it is difficult transferring the money from B/kok. bank back to my internet bank in U.K. can anyone tell me the best way to go about this as I need to complete a house purchase back home.Any info will be gratefully appreciated.

I am on a marriage visa.At the bank they did take a photocopy of this visa out of my passport.I did not think at the time of responding to you that this made the difference,so sorry.

I opened a new account at B/kok. bank here in Hua Hin last week and only needed my passport.Over the years I have opened several accounts but never heard of your experience.Maybe this is just this particular banks rules.I agree with buksida.

A while ago I pulled my back out lifting a door and I visited a Great French guy who came highly recommended.....
