Hi There Just been reading with interest all the comments regarding the above. I'm in Scotland at the moment looking at the overcast clouds. I'm returning to Hua Hin in two weeks and will be there until next April when I come back for daughter's wedding. Been back 4 months to enjoy some motorcycling...

Thanks for the reply. I think you're right about changing money in Thailand. Last time I was in the Village Market I got a better rate than the best on offer on UK websites. When I first went to Thailand it was 75 baht to the pound, those were the days!!!!!

Spent six weeks in Hua Hin in June 2014. Travelled a lot in Thailand but liked the feel of the place. Have Thai partner and we're moving to Hau Hin Sept/Oct this year.

Is there any restriction on the amount of THB that can be brought into the country in cash?
