Good news and good luck. The lawns and elektricity means the development continues to move forward. I hope you gain possession of the house in August. I'm in a similar position to yourself, but my complaint was lack of information or no replies at all, particularly when asking about completion dates.

I don't know if I'm allowed to name the development, but please remove this post if it breaks the rules. I've bought a house on this development and it's way past delivery date. There are about 15/20 houses or more which are between 75% and 99% finished but none of them have been released to the buy...
