Prick Any need for this? Admin, I suggest that these derogatory remarks are removed. If s...

Count me in, again as mentioned else where I have the complete law of Thailand, it is very sketch like China but most of it is variable. It is a must to have clear defined, and concise laws in this forum. A section on the following matters may also be useful to prevent the oh so many posts going out...

If you bring the money from overseas you wont have to pay tax on it in Thailand. You only pay tax on what you earn here. I'm not sure how much tax the company has to pay but I think its nominal, maybe someone with an operational company holding land can shed some light? In any country, you can only...

My friend's kids these days tend to go to university, get into a serious amount of debt and end up working in Tesco’s or ASDA ...

Nomad, Thanks for the info, do you use Wan? Many businesses in Hua Hin use a accounting firm run by a lady named Wan. She has a large practice with some employees. Drop by the U-turn bar and get her number from Craig. Does Wan deal with the UK tax system as well as Thai. My aim would be to set up an...

Can someone confirm what the interest rates are in Thailand? If the rate of interest is 4.75% for a higher account, even if it is in a Thai nationals name, what are the taxation on this that the bank charges or is this done at the end of the year. Reason I ask is that you get 5% in the UK and will b...
