Re: Strange incident on the road last night

Yep, good move not stopping. Ive always been cautious around any accidents in Thailand when holidaying there quite a few years ago I was in a taxi we were turning from Sukumwit into a Soi that leads to the back of Bungradgrad hospital in Bkk. The taxi bumper bar hit another car while he was turning,...

Malaysia Airlines dumping Darwin. Australia.

Hi I live in Darwin and just today we are told Malaysia Air is stopping there direct return flights to/from KL and Darwin. I flew with them to BKK May 2016, more empty seats than occupied on the KL-Dar-KL sections, would definitely use them again, I suppose Darwin people have a few doubts about them....

Re: Hotel for 'slightly disabled with walking stick'

Thanks for info all:

Just one more question about the Pattaya Ferry. How easy is it to embark and board, do they have hand rails on the boarding ramps ?

Re: Hotel for 'slightly disabled with walking stick'

Thanks all just one more question

The Pattaya ferry, is it a challenge to embark and board for someone with a slight disability walking, do they have handrails on the boarding ramps or are they more easily accessed.

Re: Hotel for 'slightly disabled with walking stick'

Hi Big Boy
Good info thanks, I watched some of your Songkran videos, lot more sedate than some of the Sonkrans I've been through
in Pattaya. I don't go there any more at that time.

Re: Hotel for 'slightly disabled with walking stick'

Thanks all for reply's Yeah, high steps are a big problem in Thailand, I've spent some time in Bkk and Pattaya over the years, my walking got more fragile in the last few years as I've aged, now over 67yrs and things are a bit wobbly, thus the cane. Nereus :... the hotel seems just right I thank you...

Hotel for 'slightly disabled with walking stick'

Hi all Slightly disabled with walking stick explains my problem with mobility. I was wondering if other travellers with mobility problems have favourite hotels in Hua Hin, because the hotels are set up for people who find steps a problem. I walk with a walking stick but find steps a problem if there...

Hi guys,
I've spent a lot of time in Pattaya holidaying, now that the ferry is operating I might try a trip to HH on my next trip to Pattaya for a couple of days, This seems a good place to get the good oil on the town. Cheers Malzy
