I have used them for 10 years, never a problem. Always filed everything correctly.

There are 2 hardware shops on Soi Nong Plub, next to each other.
they both have an assortment of rubber washers.

They are located across the street from Big C and about 100 meters further down the road.
Head east from Big C and across the street.

I got my Drivers license renewed in Pranburi, December, 2019 1 week before it was to expire.
No issue about renewing a week early.

I have a house cleaner that is reliable for my home and another at The Heights. very good rates.

Hi I want to give an update. Based on your experience, I went with buying a slingbox and a Roku instead of a Chromecast. I set everything up in the US first. then brought the Roku to Hua Hin in December. All has worked, there is a delay in the signal of instuctions bouncing across the globe and back...
