Wise is ok if you registered long-time ago. Now , many registrations are not allowed . And if you don't have an address in europe you cannot setup multi-devises account. Samwith payment by bankacrd to Wise : more and more europenans banks block these kind of payments

More and more eurpeans banks block the payment by card to Wise. It is the case with any french banks who not allowed to transfer money to Wise. Only solution is to open a multi devise bank account in Wise but is is impossible to do with an address in Thaiand !

i talked with an owner of many condos and houses in HH area. Before covid his prperties were rented at 85 % . Now it is only 25 %. He try to sell some properties but seems that demand is very low and price has fallen. He rented almost only to tourists

The clusters in restaurant, coffe shop, bakery we see since many days are really worrying. I can see that many people in this kind of shop don't wear masks, Customers or staff . And no social distancing.
