Grand Sport Gym at Grand Market has better equipment, good free weights, benches and cables, you can buy a weekly or monthly pass to train as many times as you like which works out very cost effective if he is a keen trainer. Grand Market is very far down the road not far past Market Village.

Bike shop on the main road the same side as the palace as you come in to Hua Hin approx half way between the palace and the first set of traffic lights. Not many mountains in Hua Hua but there is a good track that leads down from Black Mountain to BoFai and over Soi 88 there are some off road tracks.

Just to confirm, we are talking this Sunday the 23rd, tee off around 1pm, my preference would be Springfield but would go with the flow.
