We have visited Hua Hin and looked at several condos and are now seriously considering purchasing one and would like to approach solicitors for legal advice.

Does anyone have any recommendations [or ones to avoid]?

When we retire we will apply for retirement visas, but we won't have these at the time of the trip.

We wanted to focus on area/condos that were most suitable in our limited time there. We would be intereste...

We are considering retiring to Hua Hin and would like know what are the advantages/disadvantages of each area/condo block. Any thoughts gratefully received.
