Dave was a good friend to me and my wife and his gargantuan knowledge of music was truly amazing. When he kindly offered to DJ my wedding reception in Bangkok all the guests were impressed by the quality of the music. Even the stuff he himself didn't fully approve of (but was playing for the guests)...
