I don't now if we may name the developers but mine is Peter Stevens and he build 9 houses called Victoria Villa's between Hua Hin and the by-pas.The whole process went smoothly including modifications,punch list and a lot of extra services .

I am very happy,live 5 kilometers west from Hua Hin in a small compound and no complaints about quality or after sales service from the developer.
