chaspul, yes it's the same size as AA batteries, but I'm pretty useless when it comes to handle a soldering iron.

Brand of the phone is Uniden and the rechargeable batteries are now dead. Anyone knows where I could buy some in Hua Hin? Thanks a lot in advance.

Entrance is free. Entrance is free during the week, but Friday to Sunday they charge 50 baht. I think it's the kind of place people go once, out of curiosity, but I don't see them getting regular visitors. If you are Norwegian and you enjoy live music, I recommend you to go to Ban Chang music bar in Cha-am (soi 9 north) on a Sunday night (starting 8 pm). You will love it.
