Not really sure what my wife has... I think it’s the Thai home registration thing and my son would definitely be on it.

I believe that’s the case although My son hasn’t lived in Thailand for some time. So, I’d have to make sure he’s removed from the Thai house registration. Thanks for the info guys… Another thing that stands out, at least to me, are swimming pools… Is there not a market for homes that don’t have swimming pools? Never had one myself but they seem to be an overrated luxury. Do they really add a lot to the overall value of a property in HH? Your thoughts….

Looked at homes on the internet for comparisons. Didn’t seem to any mention if the land was lease or freehold.

How can a person get a real feel for how much their home is worth? Is it possible to get a valuation report in HH. I don’t mean by a real-estate agent but by a certified company.
