Was down there in June and the standoff between the local police chief and the army guy trying to impose rules meant that the karaoke bars(and night club)were being closed down at 1 am.The night club then opened up again about 30 minutes later and off we went again!Don't know what the story is now b...

If the birds are roosting on your roof or guttering your option is to get razor wire installed up there...I did it when pigeons were using my roof to congregate on and a pest controller suggested to do that...bottom line it worked as the birds can't stand in the one place as it damages their feet..p...

Used it a few weeks back and still got the identical gym equipment from earlier in the year..Gets busy at the weekend with locals and a few regular thai guys who play football so get there early doors..It's 80 baht a session to use gym and 50 baht for non-residents to use the pool...still good value...
